  • *The secretariat will decide booth location by taking into consideration such matters as exhibit field, exhibit scale,and past exhibit records. Kindly note that requests for specific locations are not accepted.
    *Booth location will be informed to the exhibitors in early Mid-December 2026.
  • *For corner booths, the partition on the aisle side will not be provided unless requested by the exhibitor.
  • *Back wall cannot be removed regardless of whether or not there is an adjacent booth.
  • *The back wall and partitions are black system panels.
  • *No power supplies, lights, carpets, etc. are provided in any of the booths.

NewHigher Education Booth

Bringing Academic and Educational Innovation to the Center of the Space Industry

At the International Space Industry Exhibition ISIEX, a new booth category has been established to widely disseminate research outcomes from high schools, universities, and other educational institutions. Exhibitors are also provided with opportunities to present at the exhibition’s associated program, NIKKANKOGYO MOON EXPRESS, and may utilize the forum as a platform for research presentations and partner exploration. To support the future development of the space industry, academic knowledge and initiatives are encouraged to be shared broadly.

International Space Conference (Exhibitor Seminar)

The International Space Conference attracts numerous attendees every year who seek the latest information and trends in the domestic and international space industry. Leading professionals from various space agencies, companies, and organizations in Japan and abroad present a wide range of topics, including new products, technologies, services, implementation environments, and success stories. These presentations are creatively designed to enhance awareness and maximize the impact of the exhibition.
Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your network and foster business collaborations.
Seminar applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the secretariat will adjust the time schedule.

”Highlights of Exhibits” Free Online Listing Feature

The "Highlights of Exhibits" is a free online listing service featured on the admission registration website (joint website for 5 exhibitions). In addition to the company/organization introduction (including website URL and email address), images and detailed information about your products/services can also be uploaded. This feature serves as an effective tool to attract visitors to your exhibition booth.

How to apply

Please be sure to read the “Exhibition Rules and Regulations” and apply only after agreeing to them. Download the application / contract form from the 2D barcode on the right, fill in the required items, and send it to the secretariat by E-mail【springfair@nikkan.tech】.
*Application may not be accepted if the products and services are not appropriate for the exhibition.

Booth Rental Fee Payment Deadline

Change or Cancellation of Exhibit Contracts

If you change/cancel booths(for onsite exhibition) or plans(for online exhibition) that have already been applied for, you need to specify the reason in writing and get approval from the secretariat.
The following Cancellation Administrative Fees will be applied.

PR & Advertising (Tentative)

Attract manufacturing industry stakeholders, who could be the target users, through continuous promotions for attendance linking with print media coverage.

On the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun newspaper, we will disseminate information on the latest trends in space industry and introduce the technologies of exhibitors. In addition, the exhibition will be promoted to subscribers from all industries by holding events in collaboration with the print edition of the newspaper.

  • The exhibition will be announced in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, a general newspaper on industrial affairs, to mobilize visitors.

  • Using our own DM list, invitations flyers will be sent to registered companies and organizations in Japan and overseas. Also, the exhibitors are provided the invitation free of charge to support the attendance of exhibitors.

  • Newswitch obtains support from a wide range of people by providing easy to understand news of the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun. By disseminating information in conjunction with this website, we will reach out to people other than the newspaper subscriber base.
