■Change or Cancellation of Exhibit Contracts
Any request to change or cancel the booth space already apply for must be submitted in writing with the reason clearly state and is subject to approval by the Secretariat.
In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of booths, the following cancellation aministrative fees will be charged.

Upon confirmation of the Application Form, the secretariat will issue an invoice. Please be sure to pay the booth rental fee within one month from the date on the invoice.
Any exhibits that are not appropriate for the exhibition may be turned down. Further, any changes or cancellations to booths that have already been applied-for shall be made in writing including the reason for the change and approved by the secretariat.

【Cancellation Administrative Fees】
The cost of using electricity at the booth, construction costs for setting up and using electricity lines, water lines, air, gas, communications lines etc. will be borne by the exhibitor. Details on how to apply and the costs for such things will be explained at the exhibitor orientation session.
Exhibitor Responsibility: Overseas exhibitors (including staff) are solely responsible
for obtaining the necessary visas and preparing required documents (e.g., application forms, invitation
letters, itineraries) in accordance with Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) regulations.
No Documentation Support: The Organizer/Secretariat does not issue invitation letters
or any other visa-related documents, including those for internal corporate approvals.
Liability: The Organizer/Secretariat will not act as a guarantor or proxy. We assume no
liability for any loss or damage if a visa application is rejected and the applicant is unable to
participate.

On the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun newspaper, we will disseminate information on the latest trends in vacuum products and industry, and introduce the technologies of exhibitors. In addition, the exhibition will be promoted to subscribers from all industries by holding events in collaboration with the print edition of the newspaper.
The exhibition will be announced in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, a general newspaper on industrial affairs, to mobilize visitors. Coverage such as introductions and feature articles on exhibitors will ensure the end-user to visit the exhibition.
Using our own DM list, invitation flyers will be sent to related companies and organizations in Japan and overseas.
The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun provides easy-to-understand news favored by a wide demographic with “Newswitch,” which will have the latest information about the exhibition as well as timely articles about vacuum industry.
Other various media tools will be utilized to mobilize visitors to the exhibition!
There will be lectures on high-interest topics, and information on the latest technology and market trends will be broadly communicated. We will also strive to attract high-quality attendees. In addition, a wide range of seminars will be offered with content broadly spanning the fundamentals to applied vacuum technologies. Every year, large numbers of users participate in the seminars as part of visiting the show.
