One of the Largest Vacuum Technology Trade Shows in Japan

VACUUM2025 is a comprehensive exhibition of vacuum equipment and devices, marking its 47th edition this year. Every year, a large number of companies and researchers involved in vacuum technology, including technology development, product manufacturing, and sales, visit the show and conduct numerous business discussions leading directly to business opportunities.
Vacuum technology is a fundamental technology supporting a wide range of industries including semiconductor, FPD, energy, medical, analytical, automotive, food, and new materials, as well as playing an important role in basic scientific research such as space development and particle physics. In recent years, global environmental protection and automated driving technology have become increasingly important, and the technological fields in which vacuum technology can contribute are expanding. This exhibition will be held as an opportunity to consider new vacuum technologies for the next generation.
This exhibition will be held in conjunction with the PAN-EXHIBITION FOR WASH AND CLEAN, SAMPE Japan, Smart Factory Japan, High-Precision & Difficult Manufacturing Technology Show, and Surface Structure Design Show International Robot Exhibition(iREX). The synergistic effect of holding these shows at the same time is a great opportunity for business activities. We hope that many companies and organizations will participate in the exhibition as a place to expand sales of their products and new business partners.
