One of the Largest Vacuum Technology Trade Shows in Japan

VACUUM2026 is a comprehensive exhibition of vacuum equipment and devices, marking its 48th edition this year. Every year, a large number of companies and researchers involved in vacuum technology, including technology development, product manufacturing, and sales, visit the show and engage in numerous business discussions that create direct business opportunities.
Vacuum technology is a fundamental technology supporting a wide range of industries including semiconductor, FPD, energy, medical, analytical, automotive, food, and new materials, as well as playing an important role in basic scientific research such as space development and particle physics. In recent years, global environmental protection and automated driving technology have become increasingly important, and the technological fields in which vacuum technology can contribute are expanding. This exhibition will be held as an opportunity to consider new vacuum technologies for the next generation.
This exhibition will be held in conjunction with the PAN-EXHIBITION FOR WASH AND CLEAN, SAMPE JAPAN EXHIBITION, Smart Factory Japan, High-Precision & Difficult Manufacturing Technology Show, and Surface Structure Design Show The synergistic effect of holding these shows at the same time is a great opportunity for business activities.
