Booth Specification
- -Size of one booth is 3m (width) × 2m (depth).
- -Backside wall, side wall and company signboard (W45cm×H30cm) will be provided.
- -Side wall will not be provided for corner booth.

June 30,2011 (Thu.)(In case of excessive applications, the application may be closed earlier)

Payment of Space Rent
Organizers of the fair will send invoice after confirming its application. All exhibitors need to pay the amount by August 28, 2011 (Thu.) to the following bank account :

Cancellation
Cancellation will have to be made to the organizers in writing. Following cancellation fees will be charged according to time schedule :

*Explanatory meeting for exhibitors will be held on July 25. Rules and regulations (Carrying in and out/Decoration/Electricity/Fire Protection etc.) will be explained, based on exhibitors’ manual.
