Since his appointment as Executive Director of NEDO in September 2012,
Dr. Kuniyoshi has been supervising NEDO’s projects in the energy and environment areas.
As Secretary General of the Japan Smart Community Alliance (JSCA), he has been focusing on activities to realize smart communities in Japan and other countries in cooperation with JSCA member companies. |
Ms. Valérie Anne Lencznar, Flexibility Work Group of GSGF

Ms. Lencznar currently serves as Managing Director of Smart Grid France and
she has 15 years of experience in the energy field. Since 2009 she has worked as a general secretary coordinator at Inelfe, the French-Spanish company which carried out the underground electrical interconnection work between Perpignan and Figueras. |
Dr. Shailendra Fuloria, Co-Chair, Cybersecurity Work Group of GSGF

Dr. Fuloria is currently working as a cyber security architect at Eaton Technologies,
where he is responsible for driving cyber security initiatives in multiple product groups and ensuring that next-generation products are not only smart but also secure. He is the chair for the working group on cyber security at the Global Smart Grid Federation (GSGF). |

and Technology at the U.S. Department of Energy. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the
Executive Committee for the International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN),
a Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) initiative and IEA Implementing Agreement. |
