Grid stability has recently become an important issue due to the rapid integration of a large amount of renewable energy with power grid systems. It has thus become necessary to introduce smart community technology that can flexibly balance electricity supply and demand. a Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) initiative and IEA Implementing Agreement.
