SAMPE (The Society for the Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering）は、1944年に米国で設立され、時代の要求する先端材料技術の発展を目指して、国際協力と技術交流、情報交換等の活動をする国際的な技術協会です。
　その地域本部であるSAMPE Japan(一般社団法人先端材料技術協会)は1984年に設立され、複合材料を始めとする先端 材料と加工技術に関する「生きた知見および経験ネットワーク」が構築できる場を提供しています。
　また、先端材料技術の発展を目指して1989年より「sampe Japan先端材料技術展」を日刊工業新聞社と共同で隔年開催 しており、2018年からは先端材料とその利用技術の進歩を確信し、今後の技術革新や応用分野での開発に及ぼす影響を 展望するため、毎年開催しております。 　本年も皆様のご出展を心よりお待ちしております。

SAMPE Japan was established in 1984 to provide “Living Intelligence and Experience Networks” for the advanced materials and processing technologies, including composite materials.
Since 1989, we have been holding SAMPE Japan Exhibition in collaboration with The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, Ltd. every other year. Since 2018, we have been holding it every year in order to aim for the development of the advanced materials and their utilization technologies and to look at their impact on future technological innovations and developments.
